By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You need an account to use most of the Service. You agree to:

• give accurate information and keep it up to date;
• keep the Google account you sign in with secure and not share your account;
• tell us right away if you notice any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Organizations

Every account belongs to at least one organization. The owners and admins of an organization manage its members and its billing. When you invite someone, you confirm they may join.

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown on our website before you subscribe.

• Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the current period.
• Changes: upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
• Taxes: prices may not include taxes, which are added where required.
• Refunds: contact us within 14 days of a payment if the Service is not right for you.

We may change our prices. We will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam, malware or harmful content;
• try to access accounts, data or systems you are not allowed to;
• disrupt or overload the Service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep all rights to the content and data you put into the Service. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to use it.

The Service, its design, code and brand belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to them, except the right to use the Service as described here.

If you send us feedback, we may use it freely to improve the Service.

The Service relies on third parties, such as Stripe for payments or Google for sign-in. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if you do not pay, or if the law requires it. When possible, we will warn you first. After closure, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, secure or free of errors.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date below. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in advance. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are established. Any dispute will be handled by its competent courts, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
